✧NFTs, blockchain-related artwork, or artwork intended for AI training without prior agreement.
✧Political or propaganda pieces that promote hatred or violence.
✧Any subject matter that I am uncomfortable drawing or that conflicts with my personal values.If you are unsure whether your request falls within these guidelines, feel free to ask before commissioning!

Thank you for your interest in commissioning me! By placing a commission, you agree to the following Terms of Service.1. General
✧I reserve the right to accept or decline any commission for any reason.
✧I will only begin work after the agreed payment requirements have been met.
✧Please provide clear references and descriptions when ordering.
✧Major changes requested after work has begun may require additional fees or a new commission.2. Payment
✧Prices are quoted before work begins.
✧Payment is accepted through the agreed payment method (PayPal or Ko-Fi.)
✧Unless otherwise discussed and agreed, I will expect full upfront payment for any orders 50$ and below. Orders above this will be in two halves (before sketching, and the second at the end.)
✧Prices are listed in USD.3. Process
✧I will provide work-in-progress updates when appropriate.
✧Minor revisions are included during the sketch stage unless otherwise stated.
✧Once artwork has moved beyond the sketch stage, significant changes may not be possible or may require an additional fee.
✧Watermarks will remain on the artwork until the final payment for the commission is received or final piece is complete (whichever comes into play).4. Revisions
The sketch phase exists so we can make all major creative decisions before I invest time in rendering. Once rendering begins, changes become significantly more time-consuming, so revision options become more limited.
✧Unlimited revisions are available during the rough sketch and planning stage. This is the time to request changes to the pose, composition, expression, outfit, lighting, or other major design elements. I'll continue refining the concept until we're both happy to move forward.
✧Once you approve the sketch and I begin rendering or finalizing the artwork, the commission enters the final stage.
✧During the final stage, only minor adjustments (such as small color corrections, tiny detail fixes, or simple edits) are included at no additional cost.
"Simple edits" are changes that don't require you to redraw or repaint a significant portion of the artwork. They usually take a few minutes rather than hours.
Some examples include:
-Minor color adjustments (slightly warmer/cooler colors, changing eye color, tweaking clothing color if it's isolated)
-Small facial expression tweaks (slightly bigger smile, softer eyebrows, adjusting eye shape)
-Correcting missed details (forgotten freckles, a missing accessory, a scar, tattoos)
-Minor lighting or shading adjustments
-Tiny proportion corrections (slightly larger ears, shorter tail, slightly thicker eyebrows)
-Fixing mistakes that don't require major repainting
✧Requests for major changes after the sketch has been approved, such as changing the pose, composition, character design, perspective, or other substantial elements, may be declined or require an additional fee, depending on the amount of work involved.
✧If significant changes are requested after the artwork is substantially complete, they may be treated as a new commission.5. Turnaround Time
✧Estimated completion time is anywhere from 1 day to 3 weeks. It all depends on the scale of the piece. You will get a more concrete time as we discuss.
✧Completion times are estimates and may change due to workload, illness, emergencies, or personal circumstances.
✧If a significant delay occurs, I will communicate with you as soon as possible.6. Cancellations & Refunds
✧If you cancel your commission before I begin work, you will receive a full refund.
✧If you cancel during the sketch or planning stage, you will receive a 75% refund. The remaining 25% covers the time and work already invested.
✧If you cancel after approving the sketch and I have begun rendering or finalizing the artwork, you will receive a 50% refund.
✧Once the artwork has been completed and delivered, refunds are not available.
✧I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time if the client engages in abusive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise disrespectful behavior toward me. In these cases, the commission will be terminated immediately, and no refund will be issued for any payments already made.
✧If I need to cancel a commission due to personal circumstances, emergencies, or any other reason on my end, I will issue a full refund for any payments received.7. Copyright & Usage
✧Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
I retain full copyright to all artwork I create.
✧Clients receive a personal-use license only. Meaning:
-Use the artwork as a profile picture or avatar.
-Post it on social media, websites, or forums (preferably with credit).
-Print it for personal use (such as hanging it on a wall).
-Save and use it on their personal devices.
-Share it with friends and family, as long as they aren't claiming it as their own work.
✧Personal-use commissions may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes.
✧Commercial use requires purchasing a commercial license or obtaining my written permission.
✧Clients may not claim the artwork as their own creation.8. AI & NFTs
My artwork may not be:
✧Used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
✧Uploaded to AI image generation datasets.
✧Minted or sold as NFTs.
✧Used in blockchain-related projects without my written permission.9. Posting & Portfolio Use
Unless requested otherwise before work begins:
✧I may post completed commissions on my portfolio, website, or social media.
✧I may use commissions as examples of my work.
✧If you would like your commission to remain private, please let me know before commissioning!10. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
✧Provide accurate references (Drawings, pictures, moodboards, text descriptions.)
✧Respond to questions or approval requests in a timely manner. If you do not reply to me in a MINIMUM of 4 days, I will be cancelling your commission and refunds will be calculated depending on how much work has been done.
✧Treat me respectfully throughout the commission process.
✧Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may result in cancellation of the commission.11. Acceptance
By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
